Teambuilding programs in Nature are custom designed to each team or company group. They can last one day or up to 3 or 4 days, allowing participants to step back and regain perspective of their problems to improve their focus and approach.
Mountain trekking, interacting with horses, or swimming with tuna fish in the sea are some of the types of experiences we have designed for clients in the past.
We mix in practical exercises like meditation, relaxation, open dialogue and debate, changing the kinds of conversations among participants into more heart-felt messages and more humane communication. Participants find new paths of understanding, renewed empathy and resolution of old, hidden, or repetitive conflicts.
